We really like how the emails could be automated and assigned to specific agents. It organizes itself! I really like how easy it is to customize!

I don't see anything problematic right now.

Probably more integrations and more automation, we really like those!

Our agents were struggling with finding the correct tickets, which cost us time. We were looking for something that would automate that process and segregate the tickets so they can easily be actioned. Cayzu seems to have solved it!
