What are the best aspects of this product?
The system is the easiest to use that I have come across, and the canned responses and customized dashboard have allowed us to respond quickly and appropriately, whilst all the time focusing on our targets.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything that the system offers works really well, we have not had any difficulties in either getting set up, or in using the system.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to be able to automate more processes ourselves. What is there works really well, it would just be great to have more.

My business is growing very fast, and responding to our clients was becoming very disorganised. I have used similar systems in the past, and was worried that I wouldn't find something that suited my business specifically. This product definitely does, and we have a straight-forward, streamlined solution, and the canned answers have dramatically sped up our response times. It allows the team as a whole, and each member of the team to be accountable for their workload, and we have tailored the dashboard to ensure that we are always focused on our targets.
