What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Celoxis, or Celo, for our time tracking and monitoring on projects we work on. The tool is very user friendly and customizing it is a breeze. Pulling reports for the information we seek is also a smooth process. We also manage to set up our own graph that displays our billable hours for a specific work week. That said, it may take a while before you get full acquainted with the system but once you're past that, it's smooth sailing all the way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can get complicated but fortunately we have our project managers to handle everything once it gets messy. There so many fields to fill up that entering wrong data can happen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Celoxis replaced our previous time tracking system which was really horrible. Once we started using Celoxis, we never had any problems as far as time tracking is concerned.
