What are the best aspects of this product?

There is no other product out there that can compare to Celoxis when it comes to the responsiveness of their support. They know their product very well and instantly provide you with answers and solutions. I am grateful that they are always there ready to help up when issues arise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the support is amazing, it isn't really intuitive. With the recent version, I can't find a lot of features I use. I wish they could roll out with a new update that has a better user interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Celoxis has been an awesome software with regards to the management of our e-learning projects. It really enabled us to drill down into the numbers.
