Better than our last EHR!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cerner is a huge upgrade from our previous EHR program. Now I know how it feels to work with a software that actually does its job efficiently!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of my co-workers had a little trouble learning this program. It’s not exactly easy to learn, plus I’ve noticed instances of program crashes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Cerner to share patient data--especially their medical history--among different branches across the country.
