What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, Cerner is the best among its competitors in the market. I like how each user can update their preferences based on their function within a larger scheme of their work process. With the tool customized to serve each role best, this has vastly improved the quality of our work and has made our team more efficient too. And because Cerner takes care of tracking specific work items for us, we can focus on what we like to do best: catering to our clients and making sure that their needs are met.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes Cerner works perfectly well and its features all run smoothly. However, there are days when it would just, somehow, lose its integration with other solutions and we’d be stuck in a certain task.
