What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how this allows us to hand off files from one company unit to the next. The tool itself is not complicated to navigate too, plus its auto-lock feature keeps our information safe and confidential.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are just some aspects that Cerner fails in--innovation, being one of them. I wish that they would finally make the decision to create a version for cloud. With our work needing us to be constantly on-the-go and on-the-move, we don’t always have the luxury to sit down on our computers and access patient data. It would be best if we could just tap into an online resource to double check treatment history among other important details. An option to get blow-by-blow updates on the treatments would be great too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I work in a healthcare facility and being efficient is absolutely crucial. Good thing Cerner assists in so many ways, from keeping track of our schedules all the way to storing information about our patients.
