Really useful. Just need a few tweaks though.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cerner takes care of two major things for me: efficiency and accuracy. Efficient because it has set templates for notes and comments that I can simply choose from a drop-down list. This saves me a lot of time from manually filling out specific sections in the chart. On particularly busy days, I can just take a quick glance at the home menu to see an overview of the data I’m dealing with. It helps with accuracy too because it marks the timeline with which I am working on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s not much room for flexibility when using Cerner. Although those pre-filled drop-down options are indeed useful, I wish we can expound more on those notes and fill it up with more information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Cerner to get an overview of our clients’ medical history.
