What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how we don’t have to maintain piles and piles of paper charts anymore. Moving our data in a digital environment has been one of the best things that we’ve done--and choosing Cerner was an added bonus to this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Admittedly, this is a pretty difficult tool to get to know. With the number of features that Cerner offers, there are a gazillion things to learn too. If this isn’t difficult enough in itself, there’s no support team to run to also. If you run into any problem, you’d have to file for a ticket so their IT team can try to help you out. I would honestly feel much better if I can talk to someone, rather than filing a ticket online.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Cerner, no deliverables nor product orders fall through the cracks anymore. All of our patients’ data are accounted for.
