What are the best aspects of this product?

Its interface and app are easy to use and set up and very intuitive. Its support team is great and responsive, they provide us with solution or answer in real-time. We didn’t have any problem with the implementation process, it was easy and straightforward. Everyone within our company likes the idea to make expense reports as travel, and no one has to wait to complete it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to streamline the process in submitting expense reports, before using this product we had to submit reports into Excel and with paper receipts, we had to wait too long to approve the expenses and to write the checks. Now everything is simplify and fast with Certify, there is even an integration with QuickBooks that helps us to approve the process and check the writing.
