What are the best aspects of this product?
We have not been able to experience the good things yet. We have had too much trouble getting it set up to the specifications we need. I expect it will be nice for our field employees, so they will not have to keep receipts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The sales team sold us, for a fee, the implementation service, which made me select this product over others. They did NOT tell me they would only support the implementation for 6 weeks, then they passed us over to "customer Support" before we could even get the set up tested to see if we have it correct. Now have to get s different person at customer support each time when I send in a support ticket for set up.

Supposedly not having to make employees n the field keep receipts, and get them approved on a consistent basis. Also able to maintain the documents digitally and be able to archive them where we want them if needed.
