Great tool for mileage tracking

What are the best aspects of this product?

Certify allows me to attach maps in order to get mileage. When I started with this profession I had to track my expenses and mileage by using excel spreadsheet and I was always frustrated. I have found this wonderful tool that is extremely easy to use, and with its interface I can input all of the information for my business trips and it logs the reimbursement rate automatically.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot select various routes for the maps, it would happen that I need to take different way than the way that is on the map and I’m not sure whether this change makes differences into mileage that I drive. It would be great if I could select various routes on the map that is uploaded. Also, they could implement difference into the thumbnail buttons in draft expense report. I want to click the edit and delete the buttons instead of clicking on drop down menu in order to get all these features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using Certify for mileage and expense tracking. I can do all of this in an online database.
