What are the best aspects of this product?
In my experience I have found out that Certify is extremely easy to use tool that allows you to track all your expenses. Everyone within our company can use Certify even those who do not have some technical skills. We are able to create various departments and categories and to include our own G/L account codes. In addition, we are able to run reports via Certify and this is extremely helpful for gathering important data. I like that the Report Executive is free and great feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some categories within the system are bit confusing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to reduce the usage of paper and to keep track of submitted expenses on a monthly basis. We are able to keep track of the reports and approval processes. It lets us know when a report is processed or if the report has been denied. Also, its inquiry system is extremely helpful and whenever you have some question regarding the expense you can always send it via Certify and you’ll get immediate answer.
