What are the best aspects of this product?

Certify is easy to set up and easy to use. It is great tool for expense reporting and reimbursement. We have used other expense management system but we have switched to Certify, because it’s easy to use and it provides availability of a list of medical professionals and simple implementation. This product replaces the paper-spreadsheet process. Everyone loves this software because it saves us great amount of time. It offers us great management oversight and control of how much we spend.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This solution is great for travelling employees, it makes the expense reporting flexible and easy to use. It provides great oversight, we can easily approve and reimburse employees, we can easily manage the whole process of expenses.
