Once you learn how Certify works everything becomes simple and easy. It has a learning curve if you are not familiar with expense tools but the learning curve doesn’t take long. I like that all the receipts and expenses are well organized and they are easy to track for further payment. I like how fast is the approval process and how it provides everything in a timely manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tools is easy to use but it requires some training steps. Once you learn how it functions it can do the job. Also, when it comes to links they could make it more intuitive.

It helps you to keep all your receipts and expenses well-organized and it helps you to keep track of the expenses for each customer. You get detailed report of the frequency and amount.
