What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to use and easy to set up, it doesn’t take too much time for processing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if there are more instructions that tell you what your next step is. You can easily scan receipts and enter in data but there is no info what to do next and how to process it. They could include the pop up window or notification with next steps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using Certify, we have used spreadsheets to enter all data of the expenses. We used to save all receipts and to follow all these steps in order to list everything out accurately, and then we had to wait few weeks for our money to be paid back. Thankfully, this software makes the whole process much easier and it helps us to do the right thing and ensures us that we don’t have to wait until we are done.
