What are the best aspects of this product?
I work as an assistant controller, and we have used Excel, Word and Pdf receipts. But Certify managed to improve our former process, it provides great workflow and reports. I’m using its mobile app so I can capture receipt images. I am able to access other users account in order to help them with some issues. The price is affordable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see an integration with Intacct accounting software. It’s a bit frustrating when it comes to entering expense reports. I need an option where I can split user’s expense data into 2+ departments. They could improve the optical character recognition. I cannot edit the receipts or expenses, I have to edit them before making the report.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Certify provide us with more visibility into our expenses, we have automated flagging for out of policy, potential duplicate expenses and stale. We are able to hold the approves more accountable and to provide accurate actions.
