What are the best aspects of this product?

Changepoint is a SaaS product and when the response time is slow the support agents have helped us out promptly. Sometimes, we run a poorly designed report which creates system performance issues, but they are not Changepoint’s fault. Yet, their support agents respond quickly to resolve the concern.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system can be confusing to use. Plus, we have browser compatibility issues as the browsers we use in our company may not be compatible with those recommended by Changepoint. The vendor asks us to change browsers, but we cannot do so as we have no control over our desktop settings and software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Changepoint mainly for resource and revenue forecasting. The app helps us produce real-time views of the health of our practice. But keeping data up to date in the system is difficult because the product is complex and you need different solutions to support the more than 100 users who struggle with poor documentation.
