PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Changepoint helps to get work done easily. We learnt some quick tips/tricks to use the system more effectively. The app is response even when we use VPN.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We implemented the system 10 years ago so some of my points may be dated. The interface is old-fashioned and difficult to use, and the Skills Section is hard to navigate with a classic tree view.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Changepoint to enter my skills in the Skill repository, check how much PTO is remaining, and TO to enter my T&E.
