What are the best aspects of this product?

Chanty is really super easy to use. I has a lot of additional integrations and features that turn this chat into a powerful and super effective communication tool. Everything is right in front of your eyes: all of your team members, tasks, discussions and chats. Files are also stored there.
This is so comfortable to have one place where your work happens, instead of rushing through different communication channels all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment we are not facing any issues, but waiting for the group video calls feature to be developed

Group video calls, due date

We faced lack of communication and had time-consuming collaboration process, because our time was wasted.
With Chanty we got rid of emails and a lot of apps that are not useful anymore.
