Chanty lets you implement a central hub called Teambook where all important information about your team is consolidated into. From this central hub, you’ll be able to track your team’s incoming, pending, and completed tasks, conversations with the entire team or individual team members, and contents and files you shared with the team. 

The central hub also gives you useful features as you interact with your team through public or private conversations. For instance, you can pin any important messages or change the label of conversations by simply clicking a dot from a menu. 

Context-Based Communication

As an innovative communication tool, Chanty allows you to create conversations and discussions in the right context. You can do this by implementing workflows that specify what goals your team should achieve, which individuals have the authority to review and approve outputs or deliverables, and which team members are allowed to join in conversations. Moreover, Chanty lets you create threads so team members can follow and focus on specific topics and discussions without going over the entire history of conversations. 

Real-Time Collaboration

Chanty includes features that make it easy for you to interact and collaborate with your team members in real-time across various locations and time zones. This makes the application ideal for companies and organizations with remote teams. You can connect with your entire team or its individual members through voice or video calls in just a single tap. 

Voice messaging is possible as well. With Chanty, you’ll be able to reply to team or individual chat conversations by sharing instant voice messages. This way, you no longer need to worry about issues related to spell check or formatting, which are commonly encountered in text-based chatting.
