PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Chanty is super easy to use even for non-tech users.
Everything you need to collaborate with colleagues is accessible in a few clicks. This software simplifies internal communication and makes it faster. It has a variety of useful features.
The support team was always very helpful.
Since we’ve found Chanty we stopped searching among other tools, because Chanty fully satisfies our needs and meets our expectations of an ideal business messenger for a reasonable price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing problematic for us. It was pretty easy to adapt.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We are waiting for the kanban board and new integrations.
As stated on their official website, updates are coming soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this software it is much easier to manage various channels, we communicate faster and easier.
It is also really comfy to be able to arrange a call and not wasting time opening other apps.
