A robust billing system

What are the best aspects of this product?

Chargify's documentation is another level. It's really an amazing app -- easy to use and flexible. Their tech support team is great, too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customers are limited to add more details into their accounts in the billing portal. It would be helpful if they can. They can also improve their subscription management by adding bulk actions and having a more advanced filtering function.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to have a hosted billing system and ever since we started using Chargify, we were able to save more money and get better functions. It's also super reliable.
