Chargify's best features are the following: (1) it has really flexible subscription management; (2) it allows users to create customized subscription plans plus discount coupons; (3) linking it to various payment gateways is hassle-free; and (4) it has the best technical support team!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Generating reports needs improvement.
