What are the best aspects of this product?
I was hesitating to dive inside the ecommerce world, right because I was too afraid to deal with billing and subscriptions. I obviously wanted to sell more, but keeping records of it and maintaining a support center sounded terrifying to me! Luckily, there was Chargify to make things easier: ever since I opened an e-store, it has been with me to manage billing and subscription, and I don't have to worry about about billing and charging methods. Chargify doesn't just do stuff-it does them perfectly! I can rely on it with my eyes closed, as it does even discounts, coupons, taxes, and refers issues to people that can actually deal with them. I'm also very satisfied with the analytic capacity and the APIs, and I'm eager to discover even more things under the surface.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see them operating with physical products too. I don't think that's difficult, it only takes to introduce a shipping feature or more description pages. Small businesses would love that!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Subscription management and hosted billing, that's how I benefit from it. I like all of their features, and I'm looking forward to their fresh ideas!
