What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Chargify's notification features because it helps get on track in the collection of payments, especially those that are past due. I also love its ability to get monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue insights.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The coupon system still needs improvement. It's a little confusing to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us monitor and collects past due accounts. It was not an easy task and Chargify has been really helpful with that.
