What are the best aspects of this product?

Chargify is a friendly, simple, and easy to use platform that has all the features necessary for running a successful online sales business. Its dashboard is simply powerful: you can use it to check your revenue performance, and to control the number of sign ups all the time. Neat reporting is also included in the benefit package! We use it every day, since it is involved in all product updating, communication and refunding processes, and our favorite part is that subscriptions can be altered.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like everything about Chargify, and I think everybody does.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted a tool that can improve our customer service, but not just a single time. Chargify is doing it continuously, and it is even notifying us when specific customers ought to be targeted or contacted in a seamless manner. It saves our money and our time, and I believe that's what every business owner aspires for.
