What are the best aspects of this product?

I main use Chargify to schedule collection and track payments. I love using it mainly because of its revolutionary features and its user-friendly interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it's user-friendly, I wish that the metrics and dashboard are more intuitive to improve user experience. I also wish that they would market some of the integrations better so that we would know that we can get it from Chargify instead of availing the same services from other programs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through Chargify, my team was able to build a straightforward billing system for the services we're offering. We also find Chargify helpful in organizing our offerings.
