Good solution for metric displays

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is great that I can easily display charts and share them with my team members. This makes it simple to discus metrics with them. I use Chartio to easily manage my team and communicate my objectives and needs to the other management executives I work with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The learning curve is a bit steep. But once I got the hang of using the product, it was smooth sailing afterwards with no issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using Chartio to collect metrics and show these metrics to team members. This means my team has open access to information at all times which has created trust among the members as the info is so easily available. Clear information display is a big benefit. We get immediate information when an employee is under-performing. This helps me take fast management decisions to help my employees overcome hindrances as soon as they show up.
