The highlights of Chartio are the SQL mode and the drag and drop functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We should be able to make real funnels that ensure users perform the first step and then move to the next. The current funnels only provide info on the number of users who perform each step. This is misleading and wrong.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to reduce manual work by populating charts based on various variables. Chartio helps us save plenty of time. Our policy is not to do a task if we cannot automate it. Chartio helps to make a lot of data analysis possible which otherwise we would not have given priority to.
