What are the best aspects of this product?
Chartio helps us make data decisions every day. The interactive mode without database is excellent and makes things very easy. Another advantage is you can sort and view data in various ways other than table.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a couple of glitches: Sometimes the interactive mode doesn’t transcribe in SQL in a likeable manner. Plus, it could report failure and inability to convert data in a chart in a better manner.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I manage a team of thousands of 1099 contractors and I use Chartio to learn what they are doing right and where they need to improve. We use Chartio not only for reporting but also for daily operations.
