You can easily structure data and get the correct KPIs. Plus, the app provides info required to make structured micro business decisions. You can easily set up your data sources in the system and start getting useful insights quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints. I wish had started using the app a long time ago. Hope my company continues using the tool. I also hope the vendor does not add unnecessary features to make Chartio a big corporate BI system so that they can charge more.

I use Chartio to organize my advertising. I can merge both online and offline sales, and structure my business. The app also offers useful KPI and pointers about the customer journey.
