What are the best aspects of this product?

Chartio is easy to use. You can use SQL to create charts. If you do not know coding, you can use the drag and drop interface. Plus, you can use filters to explore deeply and check all segments of your data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only grouse is against redshirt resource management. If you refresh the dashboard, it simultaneously runs all the queries and even times out sometimes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Chartio to create dashboards for our engineering teams, product managers, and executives. All of them can see our metrics and gauge our performance. Product managers can view the dashboards and provide replies to their questions without needing to refer to a product analyst.
