It is an elegant and simple system that is easy to maintain.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface could be vastly improved. While the app offers powerful features, its UI is poor compared to other solutions. Plus, you cannot know about the usage from various users. This is an important feature for a client like Optimizely. Finally, the ACL permissions and dashboards categorization features could be further improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Chartio as a single platform to obtain a range of product and customer information. It is a common system that our analysts use to brainstorm to generate a common logic for organization-level metrics. Finally, many LCD displays at Optimizely show Chartio dashboards.
