User interface needs to be improved

What are the best aspects of this product?

Chartio helps me access our data at faster speeds which has improved the way I do analytics. Previously, we were using Crystal for our reporting requirements and its slow speed restricted our ability to access data. I am the director of sales and marketing and Chartio gives me instant access to data which helps me make smarter business decisions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface needs to be improved. It is difficult to have to navigate back and forth to select dimensions and facts to add to a dashboard. You cannot see the whole description which reduces your chart-building speed. On the plus side, Chartio listens to feedback and are constantly enhancing the chart customization options and user interface which is making it a better tool with every passing day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Chartio to access data, program performance, weekly leadership team scorecard etc. I use the app for all my reporting requirements because it is more efficient compared to the other systems we have.
