What are the best aspects of this product?

The biggest plus point is the app’s ease of use. If you know SQL, you can learn to use Chartio in just a few minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The biggest minus point is query timeouts. I wish it was possible to run large analytics jobs that take more than half an hour.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using Chartio for visualization of data stored in our Warehouse. It is great that the app smoothly integrates with Amazon Redshift. Chartio help us to easily share technical information with lay audiences.
