What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a great tool that understands and is aware of any sales opportunity update with a good social media type messaging solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Being a Facebook user, I would like chatter to have some of the same features. There should be an option to follow all teams who is responsible for updates by groups or location. The email updates do not provide all info and frequency is also not constant. It should also have a Twitter-like functionality to share or re-tweet

It helps us meet the revenue goals by eliminating any issues that requires immediate action or escalation. It keeps leadership aware on the progress.
