What are the best aspects of this product?

It utilizes social media pwoer in driving your CRM system. Very simple to utilize. A wide range of features which incldue tagging and sharing. It concentrates on communities happening within the organization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing at all. I've yet to spot anything bad about Chatter. I feel that Chatter is that answer to SFDC in the social enteprise. The product has significant since its launching.

It's for the social enterprise. It helps in the sharing of info. That includes contacts, opportunities, and leads. Capable of social.
