I like the thought of making things look like an open forum for both myself and the colleagues I work with. Then using such forum and offering trends and carrying out of data analysis. I like seeing what's currently trending. I like seeing what my customers and communities as are thinking.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's certainly a challenge to be reporting on. If users don't possess the right settings, items may likely be bypassed or missed out on.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
In my latest role, I was brought over to Chatter in an approach of resolving an "over e-mail" problem. If data isn't kept privately then it deserves to be seen in an open forum so it can be looked into. I like how this works as it makes it possible for me to seek out and find answers in just a matter of swift searches. It gave me the chance to foster a setting where actions can be done quickly as opposed to further e-mail inquiries that minimizes the ability to respond quickly.
