What are the best aspects of this product?

You can talk to colleagues without sending emails or using Skype. It is also easy to share content across the globe and be able to see history of communications

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its desktop and mobile apps look very old and outdated. Also, I could not get to talk with someone and the "one more chat tool" made the level of Chatter adoption in the company very low
