What are the best aspects of this product?
A number of things that I like about it. Setting it up was simple. It's easy to manage. Its Salesforce integration and mobile SF1 application.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This is only limited to the Salesforce platform itself. It won't Chatter with other platforms. But there have been rumours of having the options in doing so. Maybe they'll be opening up soon (in a controlled manner) for chat systems in the business level.

Communications done internally. Great help desk. System notifications. Discussions done as a group.
