What are the best aspects of this product?

The chat can be white labeled and sync across all devices. Both HTML iframe and javascript code are available so the chat can be embedded directly into any web page. Add group chat and have it sync to a custom iOS, iPhone, iPad, and Android app receive push notifications when new messages are posted and users can also receive push all notifications from the app admin just like a sms text message.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could integrate to college class rooms direct. Currently any university can set a .edu email so only those students can login, if this integrated dircetly into computer lab computers for instant college messaging it would be great.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More emojis, screen sharing, more GIFs along with additional native app features to allow you to change colors in real time and make phone calls directly from the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There was not a real time custom chat to allow us to have a mobile app and a chat on our website as branded for a company. Chatwing provides an entire app wizard custom setup area so you can add group chat to your website and app in real-time.
