Add group chat and have it sync to a custom iOS, iPhone, iPad, and Android app receive push notifications when new messages are posted and users can also receive push all notifications from the app admin just like a sms text message.
CONS: They could integrate to college class rooms direct. Currently any university can set a .edu email so only those students can login, if this integrated dircetly into computer lab computers for instant college messaging it would be great.
