For me that would be the customized messaging for any platform.

So far so good, I am satisfied by the way it is now.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Well it would be a bonus if they can integrate with PS Messaging and Xbox live

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We really cant rely on one messaging apps alone, as demands goes up
and we have to reach out at our potential clients fast and accurate we need
something to do it all in one system that we can easily monitor.

Yes
