What are the best aspects of this product?

Working hours for church staff is quite high, that is why I suggest churches use an automated management platform for help. Yes, this increases expenses during switching or changing process, but this brings better results later on. Realm, for example, makes giving more efficient through the web, and it drastically reduces working hours of church staff. No tons of accounting tasks to be done, except only for checking bank accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks efficient and customizable accounting features when handling reports. This may include some graphs for previous cash account balance, revenue cost, net profit and different cost categories among others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a great communication software for small groups and even for the whole church. It handles registration for events seamlessly as well, both for members and non-members to pay and sign-up through the web. It helps us easily trace people who are first time or repeat visitors, as well as members who have become inactive.
