This app is amazingly convenient to use, and it allows easy access anywhere using different devices. It has complete features that meet the work necessities of church staff, plus it receives more features through frequent updates too. It also has a dependable user support that has helped me sort out some issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It still have issues to fix and improve, such as some problems with organizing saved links and files. The space for saving items simply put everything in a long list arranged according to time and date, and we can’t list things alphabetically or make folders. Such feature would help team members for saving meeting hours or volunteer discussions a lot. It’s a good thing, however, that there’s a panel where possible future features are posted, then users can vote which will next come in fruition. This also helps churches identify which features they really need, and which option they should wait for some more time.

The app has greatly improved our church administration and activities, since it boosts communication, management and tracking tasks. It makes gift tracking easier since members can simply sign-up, check their donation history and even request for official giving documents such as regular giving statements. It has made online donation more efficient as well, since it boosts donations the church receives, without increasing the working hours of personnel or using third-party processing services. The app also improves communication since members can easily lookup other members’ profile and communicate, check church updates, check and register for events, as well as check small groups within the church where they can join. It is easy to spread church-wide updates and information as well.
