What are the best aspects of this product?

This cloud-based app has many helpful features, and it’s easy to use anywhere. It also helps me in knowing church members since the platform display their pictures on each profile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some church members don’t want to sign-up for an account because of different personal reasons. It can’t add photos to multiple profiles through big updates as well, meaning you have to upload pictures one by one for each profile. Moreover, the app won’t connect to other platform such as Powerchurch Plus and Lifetouch, while these two apps can connect seamlessly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes church administration tasks easier such as tithes and database management. It also helps members because it lets them easily view their donation records, as well as it handles online donation.
