What are the best aspects of this product?

This app helps me a lot in handling my church-related info and updates as a member. It makes communicating with others easier too, since I can conveniently post in groups, message one or multiple people, as well as knowing latest updates about the church. Moreover, it is easy to give and track my donations and tithes through online means. And this allows me easy access anytime and anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The connect app is simple and convenient to use. But I’m a Realm administrator, and I can say that there are cool features on our site that are not yet available in the platform. I wish such features would become available on the app as well, and I wish Realm would become better for regular users and administrators.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is helpful in many church activities such as connecting with people, establishing relationships and discipleship among others. Features such as messaging, group posting and pathways have helped a lot in boosting essential community aspects of the church. Moreover, it is noticeable that when few church members use the app, other members become active afterwards. Surely helpful in improving our church life.
