What are the best aspects of this product?

The main advantage of using ChurchDesk is achieving a seamless flow of information within and outside the church. Informing the mass about activities in the church has become an easy task. Activities and any other information that the community needs to know can be easily disseminated using a plethora of channels including website. Aside from that, we find the system very easy to use. Its interface is also intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have poor customer support. An improvement in this aspect would be incredible. Aside from that, we wish the solution will not make the contact information of church members visible in their database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has solved the problem related to information dissemination as well as church management. Everyone is now always up-to-date on the recent issues and upcoming events and church members are now able to perform activities like booking resources and scheduling events with ease.
