What Problems Will ChurchDesk Solve?

A typical task for a customer (church admin) would be to plan an event. This includes first booking the necessary people and resources (rooms, etc) in the calendar.

When the event is entered in the calendar, it can be set to automatically sync to the relevant local required public database of church events, like sogn.dk in Denmark or any of the regional databases in Germany. Before, this required double entry as the churches are required to enter the events here.

The event can also automatically be displayed on the church’s own website (and taken off when it’s over). Then the customer can use the Planning feature to delegate specific tasks (like “make coffee”) to staff and volunteers who will be informed and can respond and reassign within ChurchDesk.

Next step would be to invite people to come. An email can easily pull in the created event with all information and imagery and a relevant segment can be created to really target the right audience.

Meanwhile, if the event requires signup a Form can be created to gather the right information and store the data in the People database.
